GAPS-Friendly Dairy Free Coconut Milk Yogurt


For those of you on the GAPS diet who are craving dairy products and sugary things and not able to have either, here is an excellent recipe from Coconut Milk Yogurt. Apparently it requires a little finesse and practice, but if you are feeling the almost insatiable cravings for things that you can no longer have, I’m guessing you may be willing to put in the extra effort.
