Trying to avoid FODMAP foods is difficult and confusing. I haven’t been able to think of any mnemonics to help me remember what’s in and what’s out.
And I’ve typed FODMAP a couple of dozen times by now and still can’t remember what it stands for… (For the record, Wikipedia tells me it is: Fermentable, Oligo-, Di-, Mono-saccharides and Polyols. Oh, how could I have forgotten that?!)
